Edinburgh once ran on oysters: the Forth beds supplied the city's famous oyster cellars by the million before the fishery collapsed in the nineteenth century. Our Native Oyster label remembers that lost trade, printed in full colour on sustainably sourced pine.

Each box is made by hand in our family's workshop in Central Java, by craftspeople we know by name. The grain, the printed label and the small tool marks are the point. The large size takes books, blankets and records, or earns its keep as a planter, log store or display crate.
