Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

To arrange a return, email us at michael@greenmanemporium.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it out.
