A nod to the grand age of the corsetière, when drapers' adverts in the back pages of Victorian papers promised whalebone, lace and perfect deportment. Our Jacobean Corsetry mark is an affectionate invention in that tradition, hand-stencilled onto sustainably sourced pine.

Each box is made by hand in our family's workshop in Central Java, by craftspeople we know by name. The grain, the stencil edges and the small tool marks are the point. The small size organises craft supplies, bathroom essentials or the post that needs a home: a working box that earns its shelf space.
